Conquering Stormveil Castle and defeating Godrick the Grafted is a massive milestone for any Tarnished exploring the Lands Between. However, obtaining his coveted prize does not immediately grant you its legendary benefits. To truly harness its power, you must first restore its lost benediction and learn the mechanics of its awakening.
Reaching the Divine Tower of Limgrave
Your journey to restoration begins within the complex corridors of Stormveil Castle itself. You need to navigate toward the main courtyard, which is heavily guarded by exiles and a formidable omen lion. From this dangerous area, look for a path leading toward a massive bridge lined with ruined stone arches.
As you sprint across the Limgrave Tower Bridge, you will encounter three colossal stone golems that guard the pathway. You can choose to fight these giant constructs or simply dodge roll past them to preserve your resources. At the very edge of the broken bridge, you will find a glowing teleporter portal that instantly transports you across the gap to the entrance of the Divine Tower.
Restoring the Benediction at the Apex
Once the portal deposits you safely on the other side, open the massive double doors to access the elevator chamber. Ride the platform upward through the tower core until you reach a peaceful Site of Grace. From there, follow the winding stairs upward until you step out onto the windy roof of the massive structure.
At the very center of the rooftop apex, you will discover a glowing cluster of two dynamic fingers holding a fractured stone sigil. Interact directly with this ancient altar to breathe life back into the dormant item. A striking visual notification will confirm that the item has officially regained its long-lost power.
Equipping and Awakening the True Power
Restoring the item at the tower is only the first step toward altering your character attributes. You must rest at any nearby Site of Grace and navigate into the newly unlocked dedicated management menu. From this interface, select the slot at the top of the screen to properly equip your newly empowered artifact.
Even when equipped, the passive attribute bonuses will remain inactive until you burn a specific consumable item. You will need to consume a rare commodity known as a Rune Arc to fully awaken the latent effects. This activation instantly raises all eight of your core character attributes by five full points, drastically increasing your overall combat capabilities.
Managing Life and Death Dynamics
The incredible attribute enhancements provided by this activated blessing are exceptionally powerful but fundamentally temporary. If your character perishes during exploration or a difficult boss fight, the active status effect is instantly lost. You will be forced to consume another valuable arc resource from your inventory to regain the massive attribute enhancements.
Because these consumable resources are relatively scarce throughout the world, managing when to use them is crucial for strategic progression. It is highly recommended to save these active enhancements for challenging dungeon bosses rather than standard field exploration. Gathering extra arcs through online multiplayer cooperation or hunting rare field rats ensures you always have a steady supply when the difficulty spikes.
